To better serve you, all catering online orders require at least 24 hours (1 day) notice. Give us a call if catering is needed on shorter notice.

During checkout, you are required to choose your preferred “Pickup Date” and “Pickup Time".

We do not deliver catering orders but we do deliver our Daily Menu through Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates.

Give us a call and we will take care of any changes that are feasible. The sooner you contact us the better.

Cancellations must be made 1 day of the scheduled pickup date. Orders canceled with 1 day (24 hours) notice are refunded in full via the original method of payment. Orders canceled with less than 24 hour notice will receive 50% of the order value in the form of a store credit (Ihaw Ihaw Gift Card).

Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food you received is incorrect.

Refunds are not provided for food that a guest simply does not like. 

We will need the receipt and food returned in the original container(s)* within 24 hours so we may investigate, confirm our preparation was correct and deal with the issue.

*If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any refund. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any refund.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay/ Google Pay, and Cash.
